This is a really simple twist on vanilla ice cream, vegan and low fat. Swedish glace tastes just like the real thing, it is made in Germany and it is a GMO free soya alternative for dairy ice cream. Add Bendick's mint chocolate as a topping, after eights, or Asda thin mint slices. Top with chocolate powder, I use Green and Black drinking chocolate... Amazing!
Also try with a hot shot of coffee at the bottom, and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for this delicious Italian inspired winter treat. You can also substitute for chicory. Enjoy!! All available @www.ocado.com
